《千千闕歌》是由林振強作詞，馬飼野康二作曲，陳慧嫻演唱的粵語歌曲，收錄於陳慧嫻1989年1月1日由環球唱片發行的專輯《永遠是你的朋友》中。1989年，該曲獲得年度無線電視十大勁歌金曲獎、第十二屆香港電台十大中文金曲獎。2007年，該曲獲得RoadShow至尊音樂頒獎禮殿堂金曲獎。
《千千闕歌》歌曲的旋律其實是來自於日本歌手近藤真彥的歌千千闕歌曲《夕陽之歌》，當時大家認為，這首歌雖然沒有過於激揚的旋律，卻在平淡中透著憂傷，與此次陳慧嫻離別的主題十分吻合。於是香港填詞人林振強將這首歌重新進行了作詞。
創作《千千闕歌》時，陳慧嫻正暗戀一位男生，於是將自己的感情唱進了歌曲中。
